A corporate session is part lecture on anatomy, physiology, and overall health benefits that can be achieved by combining intentional, proper breathing and meditation. Additionally, participants will learn correct breathing techniques, intentional breathing exercises and a breathing visualization meditation.
Corporate Breathing and Meditation Training
Overview
The 60-minute corporate session is an introduction to harnessing the power of your breath, heart, and mind to master your life. Workout clothes are not required. Comfortable business casual clothes suffice. Participants can expect to experience both immediate and delayed positive responses to oxygenating their bodies and calming their minds.
Key learnings will include:
Vertical breath vs horizontal breath (shallow vs belly breathing)
Meet your Diaphragm
STRESS – sympathetic nervous system, cortisol
How intention and visualization strengthen your outcomes
The scientific studies supporting these practices
