Most of us only use 20-30% of our lung capacity. Our brains use 20% of the oxygen we breathe. Dr. Arthur Guyton, author of the Textbook of Medical Physiology, said "All chronic pain, suffering and disease are caused by a lack of oxygen at the cellular level." Every time you breathe, you nourish your body and your brain.
